1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Coverage: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and selected international countries. If we do not ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout.
Carriers: We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We reserve the right to choose or change carriers at our discretion, particularly for free shipping.
Timeline: Most orders ship within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days from our New Jersey warehouse.
Accuracy: We are not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided at checkout was incorrect.

3. International Shipping & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. Crisscross Fabrics is not responsible for these fees. If a shipment is refused, all original shipping fees, duties, and return costs will be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Policy: We offer a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy.
Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns and must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns without an RA number will not be credited.
Condition: Fabric must be in its original condition, shape, and on its original support (bolt or roll).
Fabric Inspection: Customers must inspect orders upon receipt. We are not responsible for any subsequent costs (such as sewing or manufacturing) once the fabric has been cut, altered, or used.
Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Out of Stock Items

If an item is sold out, we will contact you via phone or email for a substitute or refund. If we do not hear back within three (3) business days, we will ship the available portion of your order and refund the difference.

6. Accuracy of Colors and Images

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We recommend ordering Fabric Samples (mailed via USPS First Class) to confirm color and texture.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crisscross Fabrics shall not be liable for any errors in the fabric once it has been processed, cut, or sewn by the customer. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the fabric.

8. Governing Law
