We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy from the date of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To ensure your return is processed, a Return Authorization (RA) Number is required.

Request your RA: Contact us at info@crisscrossfabrics.com, call 212-xxx-xxxx, or chat with us online. (Note: We may request a digital photo of the item to process your request).

Label your package: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your return shipment.

Ship it back: You may use any shipping carrier you prefer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Conditions for Returns

Inspection Period: Please inspect your fabric immediately upon receipt. Crisscross Fabrics is not responsible for any costs (sewing, manufacturing, etc.) once the fabric has been cut, altered, or used.

Original Condition: All returns must be in their original shape and on the original support (e.g., bolt or roll). Items not meeting these terms may not be eligible for a full refund.

Deadlines: Your RA number is valid for 30 days. Returns sent without a valid RA number will not be credited.
Refunds & Fees

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect and process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, the original shipping charges and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
